The Day of Belarusian Science is celebrated in the Republic of Belarus on January 28.
This is a professional holiday for everyone involved in scientific and innovative activities. In the modern world, the success of all industrial enterprises depends on the introduction of new technologies and equipment, and the creation of innovative products. And our company strives to meet these trends with great success. In 2023, we completed the implementation of the venture project ”Creation of modern high-tech production of furniture on a metal frame with elements of a digital factory“, which provides for the introduction of advanced technologies for the production of furniture on a metal frame. In the 4th quarter of 2023, the implementation of the investment project ”Creation of modern, high-tech production of import-substituting products with the introduction of automated technology for the manufacture of electro-welded pipes and metalworking“ was launched with the launch of design capacity in 2026, which will allow to develop new types of import-substituting products, reduce production costs, modernize and increase the production potential of the company. This project is included in the target plan of socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2024. The company is currently implementing a project within the framework of R&D(T)Work on the introduction of automatic welding technology within the framework of the state scientific and technical program, the implementation period of which is 2022-2024.
In 2023, 35 new modern products were mastered and put into production: sets of terrace furniture, tables and armchairs, garden swings and benches, medical furniture. It should be noted that the achievements of JSC Olsa in investment activities in 2023 were highly appreciated by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus. We are among the 24 enterprises and large holdings that have achieved the most significant results of our innovation activities.
